These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services operated by Waterman Consulting Services ("WCS," "we," "us," or "our"), including ForgedOps.AI, WatermanCM.pro, Vivid Signature, Liqd.pro, and DRYLAND.AI (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Use of the Services

• You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You will not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services or their systems.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

3. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, branding, logos, software, and design — such as the WCS shield mark and product names — are owned by WCS or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Certain WCS marks are the subject of pending registrations. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

4. Third-Party Products, Partners & Links

The Services reference third-party technologies and independent partner businesses and may link to third-party sites. Partner logos and names are the property of their respective owners and are displayed with permission or as factual reference; their inclusion does not imply endorsement by those parties. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices.

5. Affiliate & Partner Programs

Participation in WCS partner or affiliate programs (including the North Star Affiliate Network) is subject to separate program agreements. Commission rates, payout terms, and eligibility are governed by those agreements and may change. Nothing on the Services constitutes a guarantee of earnings.

6. Financial & AI Tools Disclaimer

Certain Services provide AI-generated outputs, analytics, or market-related tools (including Liqd.pro). These are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. AI outputs may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them. Trading and investment involve risk, including loss of capital.

7. Fees

Paid Services are billed according to the pricing presented at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or an applicable product agreement.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WCS and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to WCS for the relevant Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WCS harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
